Employer - Scheduling Interview
Streamline the hiring process by scheduling interviews directly with talents. Provide three date and time options for talents to choose from. Once a talent accepts the interview, you can specify the interview location—whether online with an invite link or offline with a physical address—ensuring a smooth and organized process.
Talent Interview Acceptance
Easily manage interview invitations by selecting one of the suggested time slots, proposing a new date, or declining with a reason. Once you accept an interview, the employer will provide the location details, either as an online invite link or an offline meeting venue, ensuring clarity and convenience.
Post-Interview Employer Action
An automated message will be sent to the employer once the interview with the talent is completed. If satisfied, they can proceed with hiring by extending an offer. Alternatively, they can choose to reject the talent by providing a reason.
Offer Acceptance by Talent
After the interview, talents can respond to the employer’s offer in multiple ways. They can accept the offer by adding a digital signature to the offer letter, negotiate the terms, or decline with a reason, ensuring a transparent and seamless hiring process.
Credentialing & Hiring
Once a talent accepts the offer, the employer can review their documents available in the credentialing system. If any required documents are missing, they can initiate a chat with the talent to request them. After verifying all necessary documents, the employer can move the talent to the Hired stage. On the job start date, the talent’s status will automatically update to On Billing. Additionally, both the employer and talent can rate each other after the hiring process is complete.
Stakeholder Feedback and Suggestions
The design has been reviewed by the stakeholders, and they provided positive feedback. They really liked the overall approach, and while they appreciated the new features, a few additional enhancements need to be implemented to better align with their expectations.
The suggested improvements have been successfully implemented. Now, admins can directly chat with talents and schedule sessions if they get stuck at any point. Additionally, a minimum character limit has been introduced for declining bids to ensure more meaningful feedback. To enhance user engagement, automated messages have been implemented to encourage profile completion and remind users of any pending activities.
